Billing

Payment Options:

For consultations: We accept payment for consultations by check, money order, or cash.

Fees / non-bankruptcy cases: If your matter is not a bankruptcy case, we can accept payment of fees by credit card, Paypal, cash, or check.

Fees / bankruptcy cases: If your matter is a bankruptcy case, we cannot accept payment of fees by credit card or debit card.  We can accept payment by check, money order, or cash.

Payment from third parties: Because it introduces a number of ethical issues, we generally do not accept third party payment of attorney’s fees.  The third party should make a gift of the fee amount to the Client, who can then pay the fees.

Mailing Payments: If mailing a payment, please use this address:

Ware Law Office LLC
4800 Hampden Lane

Autopayment: To pay by credit card, checking account debit, or Paypal, click below. (You will be referred to Paypal.)

A word about Paypal: Many of our clients have requested that we accept payments by Paypal because it is a convenient option for them.

But, even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to pay by credit card or bank draft.

Flat fee for service: Whenever possible, our office charges a flat fee for service so clients know the projected total cost of their representation.

It is very important to us that clients are fully informed and feel comfortable with our procedures. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Billing questions. If you have questions about a specific bill you have received, please email accounting@warelawllc.com.

For more information. If you are a prospective client and you would like more information about billing procedures, payment plans, or billing rates, please email info@warelawllc.com.
